Thank you for your interest in the 2008 New Zealand Mental Health
Media Grants.
Applications have now closed.
We are pleased to confirm we received eleven category one applications
and 47 category two applications.
The selection panels are in the process of assessing this year's
proposals and the 2008 recipients will be announced in early August.
In the meantime, if you are a journalist or creative artist with
an interest in mental health then you might like to mark the media
grants in your diary for 2009.
Applications open: 2 March 2009
Applications close: 29 May 2009
There is a total grant pool of $50,000 across two categories (journalism
and creative) with grants of up to $12,000 for each project.
The New Zealand Mental Health Media Grants are administered by
the Mental Health Foundation.
